How do reviews work?

Can't say anything yet; it still needs to be unpacked and set up.

Everything arrived damaged. Customer service is practically nonexistent. It takes them a long time to process refund requests. I'm currently living without a toilet.

A high-quality product, though not exactly cheap. Its features really make a difference when it comes to comfort and hygiene. I hope it stands the test of time.

Technology overview

Slow-closing mechanism (Softclose, Slowclose, Softopening)

Toilet seats with slow closing mechanism close softly and quietly thanks to special dampers built into the hinges. This increases user comfort, reduces unpleasant noise and prevents minor accidents when the lid is closed unexpectedly.

Triple Vortex

Unlike other manufacturers, GROHE offers a Triple Vortex flushing system for its toilets that covers the entire surface of the toilet bowl when flushed. Despite its intensity, however, this efficient flushing system is highly economical. The Triple Vortex system uses three outlets instead of the standard two when flushing. The result is an incredibly powerful flush that leaves behind a spotless clean.

Grohe Rimless

The rimless design means that all parts of the toilet bowl are easy to reach for routine cleaning, even those that cannot be seen at a glance. Thanks to this technology, bacteria have nowhere to hide.

Products of series Euro Ceramic

The sanitary ware in alpine white combines a square design with rounded edges and modern technology that ensures quiet operation and high performance. Thanks to specially treated surfaces, the service life is extended and the risk of dirt build-up is reduced. The range includes free-standing toilets and wall-hung rimless toilets, bidets, matching basins or cloakroom basins with overflow, flush cisterns with side and bottom water entry, and column and semi-column pedestals for the basin or cloakroom basin. The wall-hung WCs can be combined with GROHE Rapid installation systems or GROHE Arena Cosmopilitan matching flush plates.
