How do I know if my order has been received?
After completing the verification process, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us so we can send it to you as soon as possible.
Can I change my order?
You can change your order until it is prepared for dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible at info@sanitino.se and provide your order number. Orders that have already been processed cannot be changed, but they can be returned immediately after receipt.

You can also cancel your order for free until it is prepared for dispatch. The cancellation request is best sent by email to info@sanitino.se with your order number so that the request is in writing. This will cancel your payment obligation. Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled, but the products can be returned immediately after receipt.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an invoice by email. This electronic invoice fully replaces a paper invoice. Please keep it in a safe place. It also serves as a warranty for the purchased products.
